Problem discovery
The problem
Users need more flexibility when configuring their CPQ, as different regions and countries may have different needs that we can’t fully cover.
The goal
Create a feature that allows users to intuitively and easily add their own columns to the CPQ.
The background
During this initiative, I was the main designer in a cross-functional task team.
GetAccept is a Malmö-based B2B SaaS company aiming to optimize the buying and selling process.
